The main duties of the role include: 1. Answering incoming telephone calls from customers and taking the appropriate action 2. Responding to customer enquiries. Answering information about products and solving problems 3. Scheduling jobs and allocating work for the fitters based on their expertise and skill 4. Keeping in regular contact with customers throughout the job process – from initial contact to providing estimates, keeping the customer informed about timescales, through to invoicing once the work has been carried out 5.
