As a Portable Fire Extinguisher Engineer, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and servicing portable fire extinguishers to ensure they are in proper working condition and comply with safety regulations. Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers according to relevant standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA 10). Perform hydrostatic testing, refilling, and recharging of fire extinguishers as needed. Identify and troubleshoot issues with fire extinguishers, and perform repairs or replacements as necessary. Install new fire extinguishers and provide training to clients on proper usage and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and services performed using company software or documentation. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to provide technical support and recommendations to clients. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to fire extinguisher servicing and maintenance.
