    Due to ongoing high workload & new Local Authority contract we are looking for motivated, capable, qualified individuals to work within our established and friendly Arb Association Approved team as Tree Surgeons covering all of London and surrounding areas. We are an established, reputable company based close to Heathrow Airport who carry out tree works for various clients including Local Authorities, Insurance Companies, Property Management Companies and other Corporate & private Domestic Clients so our works are very varied. What we offer: • Competetive rates of pay – dependent on experience and qualifications, • PPE, Kit, Uniform and ongoing training provided, • A chance to work within our friendly experienced team, • Twenty days annual leave plus bank holidays are offered after satisfactory probation period has been completed We have a good mix of local Authority, Insurance, Domestic and commercial works and successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with various up to date equipment including our own spider lift. Employees operate from our yard in Staines, Middlesex and work across London, Surrey, Berkshire & surrounding areas. The applicants will be required to work between 7.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday although the need for flexibility to meet the needs of the business is vital & overtime may be available. We have earned a great reputation locally over more than 15 years and are looking for people to add to this, so applicants will need to have the following: • Relevant experience & qualifications ( NPTC units CS30, 31, 38 and 39 minimum), • A positive attitude, • Professionalism, punctuality and a healthy respect for our clients and colleagues, • A driving licence is useful but not compulsory We recycle all green waste at our own yard so no long drives at the end of the day to tip off waste. The successful candidate will support residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing. You will work as part of a supportive team to provide safe, person-centred care to adults who may have mental health needs, mild learning disabilities or require rehabilitation and daily living support. Main responsibilities • Supporting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting and continence care, • Assisting with mobility, transfers and the safe use of equipment, • Supporting residents with meals, drinks and nutrition, • Administering or supporting with medication where trained and authorised, • Following individual care plans, risk assessments and support plans, • Encouraging residents to maintain their independence and participate in activities, • Providing emotional support and companionship, • Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any concerns or changes, • Completing accurate daily records and care documentation, • Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment, • Following safeguarding, infection-control, health-and-safety, confidentiality and professional-boundary procedures, • Working closely with colleagues, managers, families and healthcare professionals, • Supporting day, night, weekend and bank-holiday shifts according to the rota and needs of the service The ideal candidate will • Be kind, patient, respectful and dependable, • Have good communication and teamwork skills, • Be able to follow instructions, policies and care plans, • Be willing to work flexibly, including weekends, nights and bank holidays when required, • Understand the importance of dignity, privacy, equality and safeguarding, • Remain calm and professional in challenging situations, • Have the right to work in the UK, • Be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check and all required training A Care Certificate, NVQ/QCF Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care, medication training, PMVA training or previous experience supporting adults with mental health needs or learning disabilities would be an advantage.
