This is a really hands on role which will suit a creative individual who enjoys working in a high-trust and high-autonomy role. This is a temporary-to Permanent role. You will be working in an office setting alongside other like-minded creatives. Duties : - Providing right-hand support to the MD, acting as their confidant and supporting with PA duties and secretarial organisation - Client management and supplier negotiation - Preparing written communications such as proposals, pitches and presentations - Company HR administration Person Specification : - Experience within facilities management or any operational services setting is essential. - High-level admin and/or PA support - Strong written communication and creative skills Numerical skills
