Our client, a Greater Manchester Council is seeking an Adults Advanced Practitioner to join their MASH Team. \n Fantastic payrate of £35 per hour! \n Are you an Adults Social Worker, passionate about making a difference in your community? Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity! \n Responsibilities of this role: \n\n • Provide advanced social work expertise within the Adult MASH service, supporting complex safeguarding cases and high-risk situations.\n, • Lead on the screening, triage and decision-making of safeguarding concerns and referrals.\n, • Undertake complex assessments, safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments for adults at risk.\n, • Offer guidance, support and informal supervision to Social Workers and less experienced team members.\n, • Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners, including Police, Health, Housing and Legal Services.\n, • Apply expert knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Human Rights Act and safeguarding legislation.\n, • Chair and contribute to strategy discussions, safeguarding meetings and multi-agency forums where appropriate.\n, • Provide professional challenge and support effective risk management and safeguarding planning.\n, • Promote and embed strengths-based, person-centred practice across the service.\n, • Monitor and support the quality of practice, ensuring compliance with statutory duties, policies and procedures.\n, • Assist Team Managers with mentoring, performance development and practice improvement initiatives.\n, • Maintain accurate, timely and high-quality case records and reports.\n, • Support service development, quality assurance activities and continuous improvement within the Adult MASH.\n, • Drive positive outcomes, independence and wellbeing for vulnerable adults through effective safeguarding interventions.\n\n Requirements of this role: \n\n • Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.\n, • Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker\n\n Benefits of working through Reed, include: \n\n • Dedicated Recruitment Consultant.\n, • Aftercare service delivered by Candidate Care Team.\n, • Free CV building and Interview support.\n, • Free DBS checks.\n, • Weekly payroll.\n, • PAYE payroll option with additional benefits including holiday pay, healthcare, pension plus more.\n, • CPD contributions.\n, • Access to full UK jobs market with top tier status across many public and private sector clients.\n, • Supporting the Reed Foundation which has given £9.5m to charity since 2010.\n\n Does this role interest you?
