Plasterer – Portsmouth Salary: £33,421 This role requires all candidates to hold a clean driving licence. We will also conduct a DBS check. This permanent role involves carrying out responsive, routine, and void repairs across Portsmouth City Council's housing and corporate property portfolio, including social housing, schools, offices, museums, and heritage sites. You will be expected to deliver high-quality workmanship, maintain health and safety standards, and demonstrate professionalism when dealing with clients, colleagues, and residents. Key Responsibilities Complete all types of plastering work, including coats of plaster, render, boarding, coving, cornice, thermoboard, and Artexing Carry out work at height and non-licenced asbestos removal (training provided) Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance with company procedures Support other maintenance contracts as required Skills and Experience NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent 2–5 years' experience in social housing or building maintenance Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a supportive, community-focused company where your skills make a real difference locally. #INDMM TPBN1_UKTJ
