Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisitions, partnerships, and project bids in the construction and tiling markets., • Utilize your established network of industry contacts to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals., • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand our market presence, targeting a significant increase in revenue and project volume over the next 3 years., • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales, and project management) to ensure seamless delivery on new opportunities., • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine business strategies., • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and client satisfaction., • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Requirements: • Minimum 15 years of experience in business development within the construction industry (tiling or related fields preferred)., • Proven success in generating business growth, with a strong portfolio of achievements in securing contracts and partnerships., • Existing network of high-quality contacts in construction, real estate, architecture, or related sectors., • High level of motivation and ambition to scale a company rapidly—demonstrated through past roles where you've driven measurable expansion., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)., • Ability to work independently, with a results-oriented mindset and willingness to travel as needed., • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
