Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, daily specials, and promotional offerings to attract and retain customers. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage food costs to optimize profitability while minimizing waste. Train and mentor kitchen staff on Caribbean and African cooking techniques, recipes, and cultural significance. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Caribbean and African cuisine, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution preferred. Deep knowledge of Caribbean and African ingredients, spices, cooking techniques, and culinary traditions. Strong culinary skills with the ability to execute recipes with precision and consistency. Creative flair for menu development, recipe innovation, and presentation.
