Teaching Assistants Required Location: Coalville Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing opportunities Contract Type: Full-time and Part-time roles available We are working with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in Coalville. The school is known for its supportive staff team and strong focus on pupil development. They are looking for Teaching Assistants who bring energy, consistency, and care into the classroom. This role gives you the chance to support children at a key stage in their development and play a direct role in their progress each day. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, • Work one-to-one and with small groups to support learning, • Help create a structured and engaging classroom environment, • Support pupils with additional needs where required, • Experience working with children or young people, school experience helps but is not required, • A patient and proactive approach, • Strong communication skills, • Ability to work well within a team, • A clear interest in supporting children’s learning, • Competitive pay rates, • Flexible working to fit your schedule, • Short-term and long-term placements available, • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant, • Valuable experience within a well-run primary school All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
