This hands-on role will see you working closely with the management team to develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple sites. The successful candidate will foster a positive H&S culture, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with ISO-accredited systems, while engaging with colleagues at all levels to create a safe and sustainable working environment. Duties & Responsibilities: • Conduct accident/incident investigations, implement remedial actions., • Manage contractor safety and oversee inductions for new starters., • Prepare risk assessments, CoSHH assessments, and Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs)., • Support ISO14001 Environmental Management System and EMS compliance., • Conduct internal HSE audits and assist with external audits., • Support training and recruitment of HSE team members., • Participate in ISO and ethical audits, ensuring zero non-conformances., • Support company environmental initiatives. I'm keen to speak to HSE Professionals with the following skillset: • NEBOSH Certificate, • Full UK driving licence, • Experience maintaining ISO-accredited HSE systems., • Previous experience in similar roles, preferably FMCG., • Experience delivering HSE training., • Strong written & verbal communication., • Ability to facilitate change and engage all levels of staff.
