    Office Administrator – Sales & Lettings Highgate, N6 Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm One in every three Saturdays, 10:00am–2:00pm The Opportunity This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced property administrator to join a well-established, friendly Sales & Lettings office in Highgate. If you enjoy being the organised, reliable heartbeat of an office, this role offers real variety, responsibility and visibility. You’ll work closely with negotiators and clients, play a key part in keeping transactions moving, and be trusted with the detail that keeps a property business running smoothly. You won’t be lost in the background here, this is a role where your contribution genuinely matters. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll support the Sales & Lettings teams across the full property lifecycle, including: • Keeping sales and lettings administration running smoothly day to day, • Preparing and issuing valuation letters, instruction letters and key documentation, • Uploading and maintaining accurate property and client details on internal systems, • Producing property particulars, window cards and marketing materials, • Acting as the first friendly point of contact for clients, landlords and tenants, • Coordinating photography, floorplans and compliance documents, • Managing property listings across the website and advertising platforms, • Overseeing gas and electrical safety compliance and chasing certificates, • Supporting tenancy renewals and landlord communication, • General office administration, post, filing and property boards What We’re Looking For This role will suit someone who: • Has previous admin experience within estate agency, lettings or property (essential), • Is naturally organised, detail-focused and proactive, • Takes pride in producing accurate, polished work, • Is confident speaking with clients and presenting a professional front-of-house presence, • Is comfortable juggling tasks in a busy office environment, • Enjoys being part of a close-knit team and supporting others Why This Role Stands Out • A stable, long-term role in an established Highgate office, • A team that values strong admin support and treats it as essential, not secondary, • Varied work, no two days are the same, • Real responsibility and trust from day one, • Ideal for someone who enjoys property administration and wants to build depth, not just churn

    Purpose Of The Role We are looking to appoint a full-time Maintenance Operative to assist with the day-to-day repair and upkeep of our portfolio of garage sites. The successful candidate will carry out a broad range of general maintenance tasks across Barnet, Enfield, Finchley, and surrounding areas, with support from our Head Office team. This is a practical, field-based role, suitable for someone who is comfortable to carry out tasks independently. Has general trade skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to travel as required. Key Responsibilities • Repair and maintenance of wooden and metal up & over garage doors, fascia boards, frames, fencing and painting if required, • Minor surface repairs including potholes, repair tarmac, repair type 1 concreting, • Guttering and basic roof repair works, • General waste and rubbish removal including fly tipping and garage clearance (some physical lifting required), • Hedge trimming and vegetation control on garage sites including weed control using appropriate treatments (training will be provided), • Lock changes, garage and site inspections, • Completing job reports with photographs and notes using a tablet-based system, • Liaising with office to ensure clear scheduling and job follow-up What we are looking for: • Full and clean UK manual driving licence, • Ability to work independently and manage a daily job schedule, • Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to record and report job outcomes, • Good communication skills, including tenant and occasional contractor liaison, • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work, • Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a job well done Desirable skills and experience: • Based in North London good access to Finchley and Barnet, • Proven experience in general maintenance, trades, or property repair, • Previous experience in a mobile maintenance or estates role, • Familiarity with basic property safety practices (manual handling, PPE, etc.), • What we offer, • A competitive salary, • Company van and tools, • 20 days holiday + bank holidays, • Pension scheme, • Supportive work environment with a focus on delivering quality services If you are a motivated individual looking to make an impact, we encourage you to apply today
