We are looking for a supervisor to join our front of house team at Santonio, an Italian bar & family restaurant on Hartlepool Marina. The ideal candidate would be: • Punctual and well presented, • Knowledgeable of foods, drinks & wine, • Have previous experience in the role or similar management roles, • Experienced in public facing roles and have good customer service skills, • Able to work in fast-paced enviroment The role would include: • Greeting and seating customers, • Serving customers and giving recommendations (e.g. wine pairings), • Taking bookings, • Liaisoning with the kitchen staff and office staff, • Creating staff rota weekly, • Assist with stock ordering, • Promoting the business on social media
