Working within SCA Cares values-led framework, you will promote independence, dignity and inclusion within the local community. This is a flexible position, offering long day or night shifts that may include weekdays and alternate weekends. Key Responsibilities No two days are the same. Your duties may include: Supporting daily living tasks, including personal care, cooking, cleaning and domestic duties Supporting individuals to attend appointments, social activities and community outings Encouraging independence, confidence and emotional wellbeing Supporting individuals to pursue personal interests and hobbies (such as cooking, arts and crafts, gaming, music, or dancing) Promoting positive behaviour and using de-escalation techniques when required Supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex physical needs Working confidently in environments where pets (such as dogs) may be present A full job description will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
