Your Role: Make a Difference!\n As a key player in patient recovery, you will be instrumental in assessing and delivering tailored treatment plans that uphold dignity, respect, and high standards of care. Here’s what you’ll be doing: \n\n • Manage and deliver speech and language therapy care plans, including assessment, treatment, and progress tracking.\n, • Supervise junior staff and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, policy-compliant practice.\n, • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and professionals throughout the rehabilitation process.\n, • Support service development by promoting therapy, implementing innovative techniques, and ensuring cost-effective care.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n Essential Qualifications: \n\n • A relevant degree and HCPC registration.\n, • A postgraduate qualification from RCSLT.\n, • Relevant experience, including specialization in areas such as dysphagia and assessment skills.\nWhat We Offer You\n At Priory, we are committed to your success and growth.
