    Chocolate Production & Packing Team Member Location: Hames Chocolates Ltd, Skegness Hames Chocolates Ltd is looking for a full-time, permanent Team Member to join our busy Production and Packing Teams. This hands-on role involves making and packing a wide range of chocolate products, including Easter eggs, chocolate bars, truffles, and Advent calendars. You will work as part of a friendly team to ensure products are manufactured and packed to high quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Assisting with the production of chocolate products, • Packing and preparing products for distribution, • Maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, • Following production schedules and workplace procedures, • Supporting colleagues and helping where needed across the department, • Operate chocolate making/packing equipment efficiently to meet daily targets, • Adhere to company policies and procedures relate to production operations What We're Looking For: • A positive, can-do attitude, • Willingness to pitch in and work as part of a team, • Good attention to detail, • Basic maths skills, • Reliability and a strong work ethic, • Previous production or packing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided What We Offer: • Work base is on site, • A supportive team environment, • The chance to be part of a well-established chocolate manufacturer, • Training and ongoing support, • Free parking, • 5.6 weeks holidays including all Bank Holidays and 2 weeks at Christmas, • Monday to Friday, • Pay: £12.76 per hour Note: This job description outlines the primary responsibilities of the position but is not exhaustive If you enjoy practical work and being part of a team that creates quality chocolate products, we'd love to hear from you.
