?We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Interim SENDCo to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Skegness on a short-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SEND professional to make an immediate impact, supporting pupils with additional needs and strengthening inclusive practice across the school. The Role As Interim SENDCo, you will: • Lead and manage SEND provision across the school, • Ensure full compliance with the SEND Code of Practice, • Oversee EHCP processes, annual reviews and statutory documentation, • Work closely with staff, parents, governors and external agencies, • Provide guidance and support to teachers to ensure high-quality inclusive teaching, • Monitor and track progress of pupils with SEND
