Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. As a Registered Nurse at SimplyStay Lincoln Road, you will play a key role in delivering excellent nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met in line with best practice and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality clinical care to all residents, ensuring safety, dignity and comfort. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families and the care team. Lead and supervise the nursing team and support staff, providing clinical guidance and mentorship. Administer medications safely and in accordance with professional guidelines and care home policy. Maintain accurate, up-to-date nursing records and documentation. Uphold regulatory and professional standards including Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements. Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement activities. Support resident wellbeing through clinical observation, early intervention and timely reporting of changes in condition. Essential: Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN and valid UK professional registration. Experience in a care home, nursing, community or relevant clinical environment. Strong clinical skills, including assessment, planning, and medicines management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate approach with a commitment to person-centred care. Desirable: Previous experience working in residential, dementia or nursing care settings. Experience supervising junior staff and care teams. Knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance.
