About the Role: As a Drama Teacher, your responsibilities may include: • Planning and delivering engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous), • Encouraging creativity, confidence, and performance skills within the classroom, • Supporting students with practical performances, scripted work, and devising projects, • Differentiating lessons to support students of varying abilities and learning needs, • Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback, • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies, • Working collaboratively with Performing Arts departments and senior leadership teams, • Supporting school productions, rehearsals, and extracurricular activities where required You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of school settings, helping you find the environment that best suits your teaching style and career goals.
