With 16 production sites and 9 R&D centers we support over 1500 customers worldwide 2025-1636 Finances - Accounting & Consolidation Apprentice 36 Finance Assistant Apprentice M/F/D Working within the Finance Team this apprenticeship will be for an initial 14-17 months working towards AAT Level 2 at Middlesbrough College. Upon successful completion the apprenticeship will continue for an additional 15-18 months working towards AAT Level 3. At this point should a permanent position become available the candidate will be fully employed and supported to achieve AAT Level 4. General Administration including data entry and dealing with customer / supplier queries by phone Posting of supplier invoices onto the system Reconciliation of supplier statements Cash book control / reconciliation Credit control Daily cash postings Interact with Employees outside of the department Provide Cover within the Department Be aware of how to get information from the accounting system to answer any queries from site personnel. Posting journals to the General Ledger Minimum of Level 5 GCSE in English and Maths Ability to work to deadlines Attention to detail Good Communication Skills High level of computer literacy Ability to remain focused when faced with competing demands At Seqens Custom Specialties we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
