Key Responsibilities • Oversee the design and technical function from concept through to completion., • Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions., • Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and company standards., • Drive value engineering and maintain commercial awareness throughout the design process., • Manage technical documentation, specifications, and approvals., • Act as the primary point of contact for all design-related queries. Ideal Candidate • Background: Architectural, engineering, or technical/draughtsman experience, ideally gained within a contractor environment., • Strong understanding of construction processes and technical detailing., • Commercially astute with the ability to balance design quality and cost efficiency., • Excellent communication and leadership skills, willing to stand your corner on matters that count., • Proficient in design software and technical documentation.
