    Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Carer to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Duties • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, • Support with mobility and transfer assistance to promote independence, • Help with household chores including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, • Administer medication as per care plans and ensure adherence to prescribed routines, • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to supervisors, • Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, • Follow care plans meticulously to meet individual needs and preferences, • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery Qualifications • Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided, • Valid driving licence and ability to drive safely are preferred, • Good understanding of care plans and ability to adapt support accordingly, • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, • Basic IT skills for maintaining documentation and reporting incidents accurately, • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients, • Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team This role offers a rewarding career path for individuals committed to providing high-quality care.
