Skilled and experienced Multi Trader required for busy maintenance company. We cover a wider variety of services for both letting agencies, private landlords and home owners. Office based in IG10 (Loughton) with works carried out in London and Essex. Good spoken and written English required, as position is client facing and job reports will be required. Duties will include general maintenance and decorating, basic plumbing and electrical works. Experience in basic tiling, plastering and gardening would be useful, but not essential. Riverlee Books has been in business for 15 years and is looking for a casual worker on a regular basis to catalogue books from home so that they can be sold on internet sites. We will supply the books, also a handheld scanner to read bar codes. You will need a laptop, PC or tablet and an internet connection. I will give full training and examples of descriptions. You DON'T need to read the books(!); the catalogue description just needs to state whether the book is in good condition, hardcover or paperback etc. I can supply the books, normally 4 boxes at a time containing about 20-25 books each. Usually cataloguers aim to complete four boxes a week but that may vary during school holiday periods (for example), When the file is complete you send it to me attached to an email or etc. For four catalogued boxes I pay £65, plus extra for high value sales. You need to be based in the North Enfield/ Broxbourne / Waltham Abbey area or adjoining areas for collection purposes. No car needed as I can deliver, and hours entirely to suit. So will suit someone with young school age children, or a retired person etc.

Our bakery in Homerton is looking for a pastry baker with experience- We need you ideally 4 days a week : Thursday to Sunday, hours to be discussed. We are baking our own bread, pastries and cakes for our 6 cafes including the one you will be working in (on Chatsworth Road). Your job would be to bake seasonal goods, fruit tarts, croissants/pastries from scratch and cookies/biscuits and also present us with products of your own creation. You would be working alongside a pastry baker and 1 or 2 bread bakers. We are absolutely looking for somebody with experience in a bakery, home bakers / no experience please do not apply.
