Sales Manager – Office-Based (Telesales, Customer Service & Sales Admin Teams) Location: Enfield HQ (Office-Based with some travel to customers) Company: JJ Food Service Ltd The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and energise our Telesales, Customer Service, and Sales Administration teams. This is a full-time office-based role reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, improve service quality, and transform team dynamics. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and motivate the Telesales, Customer Service, and Sales Admin teams to achieve sales and service excellence., • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer retention, and enhance service delivery., • Monitor team performance, set clear KPIs, and ensure accountability across all functions., • Identify training needs and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development., • Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with broader business objectives., • Analyse customer feedback and sales data to inform decision-making and drive improvements., • Champion a proactive, customer-first approach across all touchpoints. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Sales Growth: Increase in revenue generated through telesales and inbound customer channels., • Customer Satisfaction: Improvement in service ratings and resolution times., • Team Productivity: Achievement of call targets, order accuracy, and response times., • Retention & Engagement: Reduction in staff turnover and improvement in team morale., • Process Efficiency: Streamlining of admin workflows and reduction in service errors. About You • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the foodservice, wholesale, or food-oriented retail sector., • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and transform team culture., • Excellent communication, coaching, and performance management capabilities., • Commercially minded with a focus on results, service quality, and operational efficiency., • Able to work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable outcomes.
