Your Mission (Responsibilities) • TikTok Shop Live: Host engaging, high-energy livestreams (2-4 hours per session) showcasing our latest collections, interacting with viewers, and driving "Add to Cart" moments., • Content Creation: Film and edit high-quality, high-hook Reels and TikToks using CapCut or other editing apps., • Trend Jacking: Spot "Viral Audio" and trends within minutes and adapt them for the TTOGS audience., • Kid Model Management: Lead fun, relaxed content shoots with our child models, ensuring the brand feels authentic and lifestyle-focused., • Analytics & Strategy: Use TikTok Shop insights to see what’s selling and double down on winning content formats. About You (The Essentials) • Camera Confident: You have a magnetic personality on screen and can keep a live audience engaged., • Creative Editor: You understand the "language" of TikTok—pacing, transitions, and text overlays., • Fashion Savvy: You have an eye for styling and can talk about fabric, fit, and value naturally., • Experience: 3+ years in a content-first role (Creator, UGC, or Social Media Manager)., • Mindset: Proactive, "Can-do," and ready to thrive in a fast-scaling environment.
