Join Our Team as a Deputy Home Manager!\n Old Vicarage is on the lookout for a passionate Deputy Home Manager to become an integral part of our dedicated team. This is a full-time role, offering 37.5 hours per week at an hourly rate of £14.95 (equivalent to £31,096 per annum). \n Located near Dewsbury town, the Old Vicarage provides residential support for seven adults with diverse needs, including those with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism spectrum conditions. Your Role and Responsibilities\n As a key member of our compassionate team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of our residents. We pride ourselves on a personalized approach, utilizing proven therapies to empower individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Your contributions will be essential in: \n\n • Leading regular staff meetings to encourage open communication and feedback.\n, • Maintaining positive relationships with commissioners and referrers to build confidence in our service.\n, • Conducting thorough risk assessments (clinical, COSHH, Legionella, etc.) and ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards.\n, • Inducting and orienting new staff promptly, providing necessary training to help them integrate smoothly into our care setting.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n Our work is incredibly rewarding, yet it can be challenging.
