Job Title: Kitchen Manager
Location: Le Raaj, A689/A177 roundabout, Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, TS21 2JX
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
· Support the management of the company/restaurant in the recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new Kitchen team members.
· Demonstrate effective leadership through hands-on management and clear communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefings.
Operational Management:
· Manage stock control and food margins to ensure profitability.
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, managing EHO, and Health and Safety audits to a high standard.
· Ensure all food produced meets spec and brand standards.
Performance Management:
· Drive individual high performance through development and regular one-to-one meetings.
· Have an eye for detail and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Brand Advocacy:
· Show passion for the brand by ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident in delivering exceptional service.
· Champion change and innovation within the team.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
· Minimum English Language Skill: A minimum English language skill level of B1 is required to effectively communicate with staff and customers.
· Relevant Experience: A skill level of RQF3 or above and/or relevant experience for the specific position is preferred. Experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Remuneration: We offer a competitive salary package of £39000.00 per year, along with the following benefits and entitlements:
· You will work 6 days and 38 hours a week.
· 28 days of paid holiday per year (pro rata).
