CNC Machine Operator – Elland (HX5) Shifts & Pay Rate: Weekends: Friday – Sunday, 6:00am – 6:00pm Pay ranges from £14.12 per hour rising to £16.68 per hour. (Depending on experience) Temporary to Permanent opportunity. The Role: We are currently recruiting for CNC Machine Operators to join our client based in Elland. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work within a successful manufacturing business. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of woodworking machinery, including: Edge banders Drills Crosscut saws Beam saws Routers Experience & Requirements: Previous experience within the wood manufacturing industry is highly desirable. Candidates with the following experience will be considered: Operating woodworking machinery (edge banding, crosscut saws, drills, CNC, beam saws) Working within a production/manufacturing environment Replenishing stock to correct warehouse locations Quality checking outgoing stock Wood machinist/manufacturing background Ideal Candidate Attributes: Proven experience in a manufacturing/production setting Ability to operate wood machinery confidently Strong timekeeping and reliable attendance Knowledge and experience with machinery from manufacturers such as; Biesse Homag Holzma Morbidelli SCM IMA Nanxing How to Apply for the CNC machine operator: If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply online today with an up-to-date CV.
