Job Description: \n Job Title: Picking/Packing Operative \n Location: Croydon \n Hours: \n\n • Monday to Friday\n, • 06:00 - 16:00\n\n Salary: £12.71 per hour \n Responsibilities: \n\n • Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected.\n, • Making Kits: Assemble kits according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\n, • Delivering Goods: Prepare goods for delivery, ensuring flexibility and a choice of shipping methods.\n, • General Factory Duties: Assist with other tasks as needed, including maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, some heavy lifting involved.\n\n Requirements: \n\n • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required\n, • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in performing quality and quantity checks to ensure all goods meet our high standards.\n, • Reliable and Hardworking: Dependable with a strong work ethic, consistently showing up on time and ready to work.\n, • Flexible: Willing to work rotating shifts and adapt to various tasks as needed.\n, • Physically Fit: Capable of performing manual handling tasks.\n, • Good Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.\n\n

Experience required: Minimum 6 months' experience within the manufacturing industry is essential. \n 🔧 The Role \n Duties may include: \n \n • Operating and monitoring machinery. \n • General production and manufacturing duties. \n • Quality checking finished products. \n • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. \n • Working towards production targets. \n ⏰ Available Shift Patterns\n \n 1. Rotating Shifts\n \n \n Monday – Thursday:\n \n \n \n • Early: 6:00am – 1:30pm \n • Late: 1:30pm – 9:00pm \n Friday:\n \n \n \n • Early: 6:00am – 12:30pm \n • Late: 12:30pm – 7:00pm \n 2. Day Shifts – 4 Days\n \n \n Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday\n \n \n \n • Standard shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm \n 3.
