That allows you to spend your time where you add the most value: on site, with contractors and with clients. Be your own boss The role is largely self-directed. You will have significant freedom over how you organise your time, manage your contractors and deliver your projects. We are looking for someone who wants responsibility rather than someone who needs constant supervision. How the numbers work Our average project is approximately £70,000. A well-run project should achieve at least a 20% profit margin, with 30% or more achievable on strong projects.
