Key Responsibilities: • Support advisers and paraplanners with the preparation of client documentation, contributing directly to excellent client service, • Manage and maintain client records accurately, ensuring compliance and smooth processes, • Liaise with providers to obtain policy information, helping advisers deliver timely and informed advice, • Assist with the processing of applications, valuations, and transfers, giving clients a seamless experience, • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team, contributing to efficiency and service standards Requirements: • Previous experience within financial services administration, • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial platforms, • Confident communication skills with both clients and providers
