This part-time role will support the day-to-day functioning of our nurse-led clinic, working with vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness, insecure housing, and complex needs. You will carry out a variety of administrative and basic clinical tasks to ensure the smooth running of services, including record keeping, follow-up calls, appointment coordination, and delivery of routine healthcare assistant (HCA) interventions.
