    Osman Squad Preschool is seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Practitioner to join our team. We are a small, nurturing school environment committed to providing high-quality care and early education for young children. As a Childcare Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include: • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's holistic development., • Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all children., • Observing and assessing children's progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to individual development plans., • Building positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues., • Adhering strictly to all safeguarding, health and safety, and early years foundation stage (EYFS) policies and procedures.     Qualified Nursery Practitioner Level 2/3 Location: Croydon (West Wickham) Salary: £28,500.to £31,075. Contract: Full-time, Permanent, We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for a fantastic full-time Nursery Practitioner opportunity available for an enthusiastic and versatile Level 2 or Level 3 qualified practitioner in our nursery in Croydon.     Role Overview & Purpose • Job Title: Childminding Assistant, • Responsible To: The registered childminder, • Purpose of the Role: To support the lead childminder in delivering high-quality care, implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, and maintaining a secure, clean, and organized home-based childcare environment. [1, 3] Key Responsibilities & Duties • Childcare and Supervision: Assist with daily routines, including welcoming children, engaging in play-based learning, and supervising indoor and outdoor activities. [2], • Personal Care: Help with feeding, preparing nutritious snacks/meals, changing nappies, and managing toilet training where applicable. [4], • Outings and School Runs: Accompany the childminder on local walks, park visits, and school/nursery pick-ups and drop-offs., • Environment Maintenance: Keep play areas, equipment, and dining spaces clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards. [5], • Documentation and Communication: Assist in recording daily activities, observations, and incident logs (such as minor bumps or accidents) while maintaining strict confidentiality.
