As a Children’s residential support worker, you play a vital role in creating a safe, stable and nurturing home for young people. You will build positive, trusting relationships and help children develop confidence, independence and life skills. your role includes supporting daily routines such as education, activities, meals and bedtime, while encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. You will work closely with the wider care team to provide consistent care, follow care plans and ensure each young person feels valued, heard and supported.
