What We Are Looking For We seek an Assistant Headteacher who will: • Be an active, visible presence within school life, building positive relationships with pupils, staff, families and the wider community., • Support the Headteacher through confident, collaborative leadership that draws on the skills and strengths of the whole team., • Bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm and professional curiosity, helping to nurture a culture of continuous improvement., • Value teamwork and shared expertise, recognising the opportunities offered by collaboration both within and beyond our school., • Be an experienced and highly effective classroom practitioner who models excellent teaching and learning. Following an internal promotion, we are recruiting an Assistant Headteacher with experience across Key Stages 1 and 2 to contribute to both the strategic direction and daily leadership of our school.
