STORE MANAGER To manage the store on a day-to-day basis whilst balancing the strategic goals of the Company. To lead and control all areas of store operations in line with EDIKTED standards and objectives, delivering sales growth, strong operational performance, and an excellent customer experience. Reporting to: Regional Manager / Retail Manager Location: 52-55 Carnaby Street, Soho, London, W1F 9QE Store Operations & Compliance • Oversee daily store operations in line with company procedures., • Ensure all operational processes are implemented, monitored and reviewed., • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, security and cash handling., • Ensure administrative tasks and reporting are completed accurately and on time. Stock Management • Ensure ordering and replenishment are completed accurately and on time., • Ensure store merchandising reflects best sellers, trends and VM guidelines., • Ensure stockroom is organized efficiently and safely., • Monitor stock availability and take corrective action when required. Commercial & Sales Performance • Use commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales., • Drive marketing initiatives and promotional activity., • Deliver sales targets and KPI results., • Analyze performance and implement action plans., • Drive productivity and cash per unit in line with budget. Visual Merchandising & Image • Maintain store image to EDIKTED brand standards., • Ensure mannequins, tables, shelves and windows are presented correctly., • Adapt merchandising layouts according to commercial performance People Management & Development • Recruit, onboard and train new employees., • Deliver regular performance reviews and development plans., • Coach and support underperformance where required., • Manage sickness, absence, lateness and ER processes., • Identify talent and build succession plans. Communication • Maintain clear and timely communication with Head Office and Regional team., • Cascade information to store team and ensure understanding., • Provide feedback on product, performance and operational matters. Cost & Hours Control • Manage payroll budget effectively., • Create rotas that place the right people in the right place at the right time., • Control store costs including stationery, cleaning, maintenance, uniforms and travel. Customer Experience • Lead by example on the shop floor., • Ensure customer service minimum standards are consistently followed., • Drive, monitor and support customer service action plans., • Take ownership of customer satisfaction. Competitor & Market Awareness • Maintain awareness of competitors and market trends., • Carry out competitor shopping where required., • Share relevant feedback with Regional and Product teams.
