We are looking for an enthusiastic head chef for our recently open venue in Ladbroke Grove. The person in question will be required to deal with different sections of the Italian cuisine and be able to shift between Pastas, pizzas and prep. Head Chef – Rossella Muswell Hill Rossella is expanding into Muswell Hill. Established in Kentish Town, Rossella has built a strong reputation for quality, consistency and a loyal local following. Provenance and authenticity are central to what we do. We are looking for a strong, experienced and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen brigade and take full ownership of the BOH operation at our new site. This is an opportunity to build a team in a brand new kitchen fitted with high quality, modern equipment. You will not be starting from zero. Key team members are already in place, including our Head Pizza Chef and Chef de Partie, giving you a solid foundation. The role would begin on 20th April, with the restaurant opening on 2nd May.
