We work with hospitality, leisure and experience brands to supercharge their marketing strategy. We specialise in Paid Social, PPC, CRM, email marketing, web design/management, venue launches and loyalty. Due to our experience in the sector, our work can vary from consultancy to hands on delivery of campaigns. Our approach is different from other agencies; we pride ourselves on tangible action over reports. Our clients include Cosy Club, The Botanist, Comptoir Libanais, NQ64, National Theatre, Nell’s Pizza + more. ABOUT THE ROLE This is our 5th hire. You’ll be at the heart of everything we do - building the best digital agency for hospitality. We’re currently at capacity and looking for a superstar to join the team, deliver fantastic work for clients and help drive our growth. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our office in Manchester, (culture is key to us). Please do not apply if you are unable to do this. WHAT TO EXPECT You’ll be at the forefront of the business, a true right arm to ensuring full satisfaction from our clients. Day-to-day tasks will be fluid as per our client’s needs. As a brand new, fast-paced business, no day is the same. As an Account Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our clients. Working together on ideation, strategy, campaign management, budgets and day-to-day communication, ensuring we continue to provide a world-class service. Your responsibilities will include: • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships., • Understand clients’ business goals and translate them into actionable digital marketing strategies., • Oversee delivery of campaigns across channels (Paid Social, Google PPC, Email, Web), ensuring they are on time, on brief, and on budget., • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work., • Prepare and present monthly performance reports, insights, and recommendations., • Monitor campaign performance, proactively identifying optimisation opportunities., • Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope to keep accounts profitable., • Lead regular client calls, presentations, and strategy sessions., • Upsell and cross-sell agency services where beneficial for the client., • Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth handover from sales to delivery., • Troubleshoot client issues quickly and effectively, escalating when needed., • Collaborate with the leadership team to improve processes and overall service quality., • Support the wider business with the delivery of client campaigns across other digital platforms. MUST HAVE: • Solid understanding of digital marketing, particularly the paid media space, • 3+ years of hands-on experience in an agency, or client-facing environment The ideal candidate would also have a passion for, or solid understanding of the hospitality industry.
