About the role: The role provides a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic and excellent communicator to join a thriving Company, with fantastic long term career prospects. • Assisting in the completion of quotes in a professional manner to ensure matter conversion., • Often being the first point of contact for the firm for prospective clients., • Liaising and updating Agents under the supervision of the Partners., • Participate in Business Development activities as requested, including but not limited to, visiting agents, attending networking events, organising agent events. About You: • You must be self-motivated and have the ability to efficiently organise both yourself and others., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential., • Comfortable with making and receiving a high volume of calls., • A positive “can do” attitude is key to our culture and business model., • Proficiency in Microsoft packages is essential., • Previous experience in a sales or business development role is preferred.
