Independent, self efficient, in charge of the pizzeria line and service

Hello! We are looking for our next star in Basil&grape, 46 George Street. Italian wine&cocktail bar with a simple but tasty food offering. We look after our Bar like if it's our home, and If you love people, and have a todo attitude, apply! We have both full and part time positions (20 hours for part time and +40 hours for full time) Good and professional personal presentation is a must. You will need to have interest in everything italian. Previous experience as pizza chef/pasta chef will put you on top of the list. No need to have knowledge of dough making or dough opening. Speed, quality, cleanliness and ability to work under pressure are a must.
