I provide the cleaning supplies and will show you exactly how I clean the shoes and the standard I expect, so no previous experience is needed. The shoes need to be properly and thoroughly cleaned — not just given a quick wipe. Some pairs will be relatively easy, while others will be dirtier and require more scrubbing, patience and time. I understand that some stains, discolouration and signs of wear simply cannot be removed. I don’t expect perfection or for excessive time to be spent trying to remove permanent marks. However, I do expect a genuine effort and good-quality clean on every pair, while taking care not to damage different materials.
