    CQC Registered Manager - Mental Health Residential Home Our 13-bed residential care home in Coulsdon is seeking a new registered manager! The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and experience in the social care sector, specifically mental health. The registered manager will need to register with the CQC and passing the probation stage of the role will be dependent on the CQC approving their registration. Our mental health residential home is seeking a new manager to support up to 13 service users who live with mental illness, physical disabilities, dementia, and/or complex behaviours. Responsibilities Ensuring the safety and well-being of the service users within the home · All service users will be safe, provided with person-centred care, and indicating that they are happy via feedback mechanisms · Holding responsibility for all areas of the care provided Following CQC regulations and ensuring the home is compliant · Maintaining CQC compliance, regularly auditing and improving, and preparing for CQC inspection. We operate a small portfolio of high-end boutique accommodation in the Chessington area and are looking for a hands-on Operations & Lead Housekeeper to take full ownership of day-to-day operations. This role includes cleaning, laundry, ironing, basic maintenance, weekend work, and occasional out-of-hours guest communication. There is a base salary of £16,200 (£1350 per month) and then a share of revenue (also paid monthly).
