A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD AND BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT THE PRINCIPAL YORK What you'll be doing... Reporting to the Head of Food and Beverage, you can expect your working day to include: Assisting in creating a warm and welcoming environment Ensuring that all guests' requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively Assisting in the set up and preparation, and providing service duties for events and/or weddings as required Taking food and drinks orders and serve to guests at their table throughout the venue Maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues - we are enthusiatic, authentic bunch of people who truly care about teamwork and great service. As Facilities Assistant you will collaborate with colleagues to inspire customer moments of delight and pursue amazing outcomes each day. You will be an ambassador of a one team approach within the Property Service team, representing CBRE and the Client, providing high quality customer service and experiences, creating a fun and safe place to work including office administration, health & safety activities, and Ad hoc service requests. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, highly motivated, proactive and show great initiative to keep the office running smoothly.
