Reporting to the Head of Food and Beverage, you can expect your working day to include: Assisting in creating a warm and welcoming environment Ensuring that all guests' requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively Assisting in the set up and preparation, and providing service duties for events and/or weddings as required Taking food and drinks orders and serve to guests at their table throughout the venue Maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues - we are enthusiatic, authentic bunch of people who truly care about teamwork and great service.
