Indian Tandoori & Curry Chef – Desi Pub (SL3 0LX) We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef skilled in both tandoori cooking and authentic Indian curries to run the kitchen at our new Desi pub. The kitchen is compact, so we need a versatile, confident all-rounder who can handle both tandoor and curry sections independently. Key Duties: • Preparing high-quality tandoori dishes, grills and traditional curries, • Managing daily kitchen operations and maintaining food quality standards, • Ensuring hygiene, stock control and smooth service during busy hours, • Working alongside management to grow the menu and the business We’re based in SL3 0LX.
