We are looking for a top professional chef to lead and operate a high level fresh food kitchen in a busy East London pub/restaurant serving British inspired dishes with some room for creativity45 hours p/weekPension scheme28 days holiday The clientele is a mixture of international and domestic tourists and local offices.The menu is inspired by British classics with seasonal changes.The role requires discipline, consistency and excellent people management skills.This is an opportunity for an aspiring sous chef or an experienced kitchen manager or head chef.You will take ownership of the kitchen working underneath an executive chef.
