Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year • Proven experience defining enterprise data architecture, enterprise data models, and domain architectures within complex organisations., • Strong expertise in modern data platforms, integration architecture, master data management, metadata governance, and data quality frameworks., • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and data governance tools such as Purview or OneTrust., • Experience using Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF or DAMA (CDMP), architectural principles, design patterns, architecture tools, and artifact repositories., • Strong understanding of integration architecture, modern data platforms, and master data management approaches., • Strong knowledge of metadata management, lineage, data catalogues, and data quality frameworks., • Experience translating business strategy into practical architecture standards and roadmaps., • Ability to lead, engage, and influence at all levels., • Demonstrates the Guinness Leadership and Management Standard., • Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours., • Certification in TOGAF, Zachman, DAMA (CDMP), or equivalent frameworks., • Educated to Level 6 (degree or equivalent) or higher in an IT/STEM-related degree discipline., • Desirable: Experience working within the social housing sector., • Desirable: Knowledge of social housing processes and systems., • Desirable: Azure or Microsoft Data certifications., • Desirable: PM, Prince2, Agile Practitioner, DevOps, or ITIL qualifications., • Establish, lead, and evolve our enterprise data architecture capability., • Ensure data is structured, governed, and integrated as a strategic asset., • Enable business outcomes, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making., • Translate business strategy into clear architectural standards and roadmaps., • Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive successful outcomes., • Review the role profile to understand the key responsibilities and essential criteria for the role., • Architect, • Azure, • DevOps, • Fabric, • ITIL, • TOGAF, • Cloud, • LESS We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Architect to join the Guinness team in a permanent, full-time position of 35 hours per week, based in either our London or Oldham office.
