Recovery Navigator - East Kent Location: East Kent Salary: £24,000 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent About The Role Do you believe recovery is more than treatment, it's about rebuilding lives? We're looking for a Recovery Navigator based in East Kent to join our Recovery Support Team, supporting people with complex needs to transition, thrive and settle back into the community. This is a varied, people-focused role where you'll work across Forward Trust services in East Kent, using a person-centred, holistic approach to help individuals sustain long-term recovery and reach their potential.
