Key Responsibilities for the SEO Executive • Develop and implement detailed SEO strategies alongside Account Managers, • Carry out highly detailed keyword and competitor research., • Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes., • Establish and deliver on and offsite content strategies., • Create new site content with a commercial focus., • Optimise content to a very high level., • Identify and execute link acquisition methods., • Manage quality of work being delivered on client SEO accounts., • Analyse Analytics, report of performance and advise on strategy., • Identify causes for increases and losses in search visibility., • Deliver strategies that effectively incorporate the fullest range of SEO signals (including social signals, brand signals, offsite signals and user behaviour signals), • Identify weaknesses and opportunities to improve website user experience. Theorise and test solutions to address these., • Keep on top of SEO advancements and inform team., • Share, challenge and develop best practices. Skill Requirements for the SEO Executive • 3+ years’ experience of creating and implementing successful SEO strategies., • Must be commercially and business minded and be able to demonstrate this., • Must be able to demonstrate measurable success of previous own SEO work., • Must have worked on complex strategies for large websites, including eCommerce., • Must have advanced experience with the use of Google Analytics, • Must have first-hand experience in SEO operations and strategy., • Highly analytical and KPI driven, structured thinker with strong attention to detail., • Must have the ability to proficiently run meetings when necessary., • Able to liaise with clients and develop strong client relationships., • Able to proficiently explain account performance to both new and existing clients., • Desire to stay up to date with all industry developments., • Experience using industry-known SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush, Searchmetrics), • Demonstrable ability to write web content to a high standard. Nice To Haves for the SEO Executive • The ability to set up comprehensive website and conversion tracking., • Understanding of good UX/UI in relation to improving landing page performance, • Wider understanding of popular digital marketing channels (e.g. PPC and social media marketing) and how they impact / interact with SEO, • Experience delivering integrated SEO campaigns that incorporate broad scope of digital channels (e.g. social media, PPC etc.), • Google Tag Manager experience, • Experience writing expert content for wider publications. What You Will Do • Drive the sell-out ( GMV) performance on Tiktok Shop Spain, in line with objectives, and manage the sell-in of our Tiktok shop Agency partner., • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver content engagement metrics., • Responsible for all lower funnel activations on the platform, with a particular focus on Tiktok Shop Lives., • Manage portfolio and pricing strategy for the platform, in line with WE guard-rails., • Co-create with Marketing Manager a FY activation plan which aligns with the WE Incubator team objectives., • Work closely with the Philips Tiktok Shop Agency Partner (TSP) to deliver the activation calendar and ensure all content deliverables are aligned with Philips brand guidelines., • Manage A&P and promo spending for the channel- key user for SAP., • Track performance across GMV, content engagement and outputs and optimise where needed., • Develop strong relationship with the Tiktok Account Management Team to secure brand and commercial unlocks for Philips., • Support the Marketing manager with the planning and delivery of handle content, affiliate outreach and ads., • Stay up to date with the latest trends on TikTok, and weave best practise into Philips content plan.
