We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join our growing team. The Role As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their goals and meet their day-to-day needs, enabling them to live safely, comfortably, and confidently within our home. Key responsibilities include: • Providing person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs, • Supporting with personal care, daily living tasks, and emotional wellbeing, • Promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times, • Following care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies, • Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately, • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals About You We are looking for individuals who are: • Caring, patient, and respectful, • Reliable, with a positive and proactive attitude, • Able to work both independently and as part of a team, • Committed to delivering high standards of care and support, • Eager to develop new skills and acquire knowledge working with people with brain injuries. Essential requirements: • Right to work in the UK, • Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check, • Good literacy and communication skills, • Basic computer literacy, use of word processing Desirable (but not essential): • Previous experience in a care or support role Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
