Key responsibilities • Support the day-to-day administrative functions of the business and assist various departments across the organisation., • Manage emails, calendars and meeting schedules using Microsoft Outlook., • Prepare professional documents, reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint., • Update and maintain customer records and company databases using internal CRM systems., • Assist with processing business documentation, purchase orders and general office administration., • Coordinate meetings, training sessions and internal communications., • Provide excellent customer service by responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner., • Support project administration for the IT team by tracking tasks, documentation and deadlines., • Organise and maintain digital filing systems to ensure company records remain accurate and accessible., • Work closely with experienced colleagues to develop knowledge of business operations and the technology sector., • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information professionally., • Complete apprenticeship coursework and attend any required training sessions. What we're looking for Recently completed A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications). Applicants must include their UCAS points on their CV as part of the application process. No previous office or administration experience is required, full training will be provided. Strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional, enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
